Opti-Logic
Corporation offers a two-year limited warranty on all products.
Warranty cards which accompany new manufactured products must be returned
in order to validate the two-year warranty.
During the first
two years of ownership, Opti-Logic
will repair or replace at its discretion any unit which
develops mechanical or electronic failure. Customers should
call 1-931-454-0897 and talk with a customer service representative
to determine if a problem can be fixed with a phone call.
If the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, the customer
will be directed to return the unit along with a check for
$15.00 to cover return shipping and handling.
After the expiration of the
two-year warranty
period, Opti-Logic will repair damaged or defective units
for a minimum charge of $25.00 plus shipping. Repair costs
may exceed $25.00, depending on the nature of the problem.
Customers will be given the option to proceed or discontinue
after the nature of the problem is determined.
Opti-Logic can also repair other manufacturers
laser rangefinders, including the Brunton Laser 70 and
some later models of the
DME rangefinder. Please call 1-931-454-0897 to discuss non-Opti-Logic
product repairs with a customer service representative.
